This policy explains what information Petty Cash Manager (the "App") handles and why. In short: your business records stay on your device.
1. Data you enter in the App
Custodians, expenses, receipt photos, company details and settings are stored only in your own browser on your own device (using IndexedDB and local storage). They are not sent to us or to any server we control. We cannot access them.
2. License checks
When you activate or verify a license, the App sends your license key and a random device label to Lemon Squeezy's license service to confirm the key is valid. No entries or receipts are sent.
3. Payments
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing address and payment details to complete the order and sends us order information such as your name, email and plan. Their handling of your data is described in the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy.
4. Website hosting and fonts
This website is hosted by Netlify, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
5. Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell personal information.
6. Emails
We use your email only to send your license, receipts and important messages about your purchase, and to answer your support requests.
7. Your rights
You can delete all App data at any time with Settings → Erase all data, or by clearing your browser data. To ask about the order information we hold, or to have it deleted, contact us.
